Senior Product Engineer – Finacle Scripting & Oracle

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer with deep expertise in Finacle core banking, Finacle Scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL. The role involves designing, customizing, and supporting Finacle‑based banking applications across modules such as CASA, Term Deposits, and Loans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution design and implementation for Finacle banking applications.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop, configure, and customize Finacle modules, menus, validations, workflows, and business rules.
• Write and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and queries.
• Design and support APIs, web services, and integration frameworks between Finacle and external systems.
• Manage Finacle batch jobs, monitor production, and resolve incidents.
• Produce technical documentation, estimations, and delivery plans.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with Finacle core banking technology.
• Strong techno‑functional capabilities and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering customized Finacle solutions and supporting production environments.
