Senior Product Manager, Growth

About the role

Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive product‑led growth. You will make the product easier to discover, faster to deliver value, more shareable and engaging for millions of monthly users.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the product‑led growth roadmap from discovery to delivery and results.
• Grow the product’s organic reach through SEO, AI assistants and shareable content.
• Design first‑time user sessions, engagement loops and gamification that drive retention.
• Run disciplined experimentation programmes and collaborate with performance marketing.
• Use AI as a working method for research, analysis, prototyping and content workflows.
• Lead the cross‑functional squad day‑to‑day, prioritising, specifying, experimenting and shipping work.

Required profile

• 8+ years product experience, at least 3 years in a growth role owning metrics.
• Quantitative background (degree in maths, physics, engineering, CS or similar; MBA a plus).
• Hands‑on SEO experience and deep understanding of performance marketing.
• Strong data skills: SQL, product analytics, statistics, and ability to build dashboards.
• Ability to code (Python or JavaScript) and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Experience using LLMs/AI agents for research, analysis and prototyping.
