Senior Product Manager – Investments

About the role

Join a regulated investment management firm in Dubai as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for shaping the product portfolio, launching new funds and ensuring robust product governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development and ongoing management of the firm’s product range in line with strategy.
• Lead new fund launches and product development initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and securing approvals.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation such as presentations, factsheets, FAQs and offering guides.
• Drive product governance, KPI monitoring, investor flow analysis and maintain product registers and launch pipelines.
• Partner with legal, compliance and risk teams to implement product changes and obtain regulatory approvals.
• Manage product rationalisation, including enhancements, mergers and closures.
• Support relationships with distributors, index providers, fund advisers and other strategic partners.
• Monitor competitor activity, identify opportunities and develop launch strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Create high‑quality marketing materials and investor communications, ensuring alignment with regulatory and brand standards.

Required profile

• 7‑11 years of experience in investment product management within asset management or a comparable regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record of managing and launching investment funds across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior internal and external parties.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability in complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
