Senior Product Manager

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at Platinumlist.net, you will lead the definition and execution of product strategy for the region’s leading ticketing platform. Working closely with senior management, product, and development teams, you will shape the roadmap, drive innovation and ensure the product meets revenue, efficiency and customer‑satisfaction goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Drive development of innovative products and services, creating unique selling propositions and differentiating from competitors.
• Maintain visibility of product operations and growth to enable data‑informed decisions.
• Collect and translate business requirements from executives into clear product specifications.
• Partner with development teams to deliver products through design, build, test, release and maintenance phases.
• Analyse data, conduct A/B testing and optimise conversions.
• Communicate project status across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience in e‑commerce, ticketing or related fields.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
• Strong business, technology and UX sense with ability to ask the right questions and use quantitative and qualitative metrics.
