Senior Production Operation Engineer

About the role

The Senior Production Operation Engineer will provide engineering expertise across FEED, detailed engineering, EPC and commissioning phases for ADNOC upstream onshore projects. The role ensures that facilities are designed for safety, reliability, operability and efficiency while embedding operational requirements into the engineering design.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver production and operations engineering support during FEED, detailed engineering, EPC and commissioning.
• Validate that facility designs meet safety, reliability, operability and efficiency criteria.
• Integrate operational requirements into engineering deliverables for upstream oil & gas projects.
• Support brownfield modifications, live operating facilities and tie‑in projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Master's a plus).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• At least 10 years of experience on PMC projects.
• Extensive experience with upstream oil & gas and early production facilities.
• Familiarity with central processing facilities, well pads, gathering systems, separation and gas processing facilities.
• Experience with brownfield modifications and live facility support is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with ADNOC projects is preferred.
