Senior Program Manager 3PL and Direct Imports (MENA)

About the role

Amazon is expanding its transportation network across the Middle East and North Africa. As a Senior Program Manager for 3PL and Direct Imports, you will own third‑party carrier relationships and cross‑border import programs that move vendor and customer returns as well as direct‑import freight throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑management reviews (cost, speed, quality) for vendor and customer returns across MENA.
• Own end‑to‑end third‑party logistics projects, delivering on schedule and meeting target customer experience.
• Integrate new carriers, launch new services, and manage weekly/monthly business reviews with 3PL partners.
• Prepare and lead operations calls, DBRs, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs with carriers.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives with carriers, fulfillment centers, and customer‑service teams to reduce cost and enhance experience.
• Alert leadership to critical situations, quantify impact, and propose mitigation plans.
• Produce transport plans, forecasts, and manage returns‑related escalations with root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or transportation program management within a fast‑growing logistics environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with external carriers and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
• Data‑driven decision‑making capability, turning network data into actionable cost‑speed‑quality improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to communicate with vendors, fulfillment centers, and senior leadership.
• Hands‑on operational mindset with a track record of delivering measurable impact.
