Senior Project Cost Controller

About the role

BEUMER Group Middle East is looking for a Senior Project Cost Controller to support its Airport, Logistics and Customer Support divisions. The role involves managing a portfolio of projects, monitoring costs, forecasting financial outcomes, and ensuring accurate invoicing and cash management.

Key responsibilities

• Create, monitor and close out projects, tracking actual costs against forecasts and estimating margin and completion.
• Perform risk monitoring, revenue recognition and monthly invoicing, including cash management, trade finance, forex, GRNI and commercial invoicing at both project and company level.
• Lead a small project‑controlling team, support monthly closing procedures and consolidate forecasts across divisions.
• Collaborate with Business Controllers, Project Managers and senior leadership on risk assessment and financial reporting.
• Participate in special cross‑functional projects, claims management and ensure compliance with BEUMER financial principles.
• Travel periodically as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project controlling or similar roles within complex integration projects.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong financial and business sense, proactive, independent and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English and comfortable working in an international environment.
