Senior Project Engineer – PMC

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Senior Project Engineer to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring successful planning, execution and delivery of high‑profile energy projects for a major client.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centres.
• Prepare and verify project engineering manpower plans and contract requisition scopes.
• Ensure compliance with the project quality system, conduct audits and drive HSE reviews.
• Lead design verification activities and manage change‑management processes.
• Supervise a large interdisciplinary team (typically 50+), providing clear communication and public speaking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Approximately 15 years of experience in EPC/EPCm project delivery, preferably in oil & gas.
• Proven ability to lead large engineering teams and manage technical scope, cost, schedule and risk.
• Familiarity with ADNOC projects and contract conditions is an advantage.
