Senior Project Manager - Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end construction projects for a leading Dubai‑based real estate and property management firm. You will be responsible for delivering high‑rise residential and commercial towers on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle: design, tendering, procurement, execution, delivery, and handover.
• Manage project scope, budgets, cash flow, cost control, risk, and financial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct tender evaluations, negotiate contracts and supervise site activities.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, control changes, and produce regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory approvals and authority requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE construction experience on high‑rise residential and commercial towers.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, especially FIDIC, and local building regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
