Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

The client, a leading Dubai‑based real estate and property management firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑rise residential and commercial construction projects from concept to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, and final handover.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control, risk management and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers; conduct tender evaluations and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure compliance with authority approvals, quality standards, safety regulations and FIDIC contract terms.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, resolve issues, control changes and produce comprehensive reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 10 years in the UAE on high‑rise residential and commercial towers.
• Strong knowledge of the full construction process, building products, construction details, regulations and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
