Senior Project Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in Dubai for our client. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, costs, risks, dependencies and deliverables against approved plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, change controls and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards and organisational procedures.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Approximately 8–15 years of relevant project management experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
