Senior Project Manager Industrial

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Industrial will lead the delivery of high‑value projects for ADNOC Distribution, ensuring they meet the highest health, safety, environmental (HSE) standards while staying within scope, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and apply project management policies, procedures and standards across all phases.
• Prepare and review project schedules, cost estimates and budgets, securing management approval.
• Monitor budget, schedule and quality performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including subordinate Project Managers, specialists and contractors.
• Oversee contractor and sub‑contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements and HSE standards.
• Drive the selection, pre‑qualification and evaluation of sub‑contractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate claims, variations and back‑charges with vendors and contractors.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, schedule optimisation and quality improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing large‑scale industrial or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical, budgeting and scheduling capabilities.
