Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver large‑scale infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, water, drainage, sewerage, bridges and related works from initiation through to hand‑over. The role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of stormwater drainage, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, fire‑fighting and utility duct networks.
• Oversee trenching, shoring, dewatering, over‑pumping, HDD, pipe jacking and micro‑tunnelling activities.
• Coordinate utility diversions, obtain NOCs, secure authority approvals and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Interpret IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs and enforce QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Lead subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and on‑site teams, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, cost control and risk management.
• Administer FIDIC contracts, variations, claims and commercial aspects, adhering to local UAE standards and RTA ROW guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple work fronts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and infrastructure standards.
