Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑end hospitality and residential development projects, ensuring quality, cost control and schedule adherence while representing the client’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, develop and monitor programmes, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, site due diligence and design development.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, health & safety and sustainability goals.
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams (architectural, interior, MEP, structural) and facilitate design workshops and value‑engineering.
• Oversee tendering, procurement strategies and contract administration in partnership with commercial and legal teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, conduct site inspections and manage contractor performance.
• Act as the principal client representative, preparing regular reports, presentations and dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in construction management of luxury hospitality or residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of local permitting processes and FIDIC‑based contracts.
