Senior Project Manager - Transportation Bridge

About the role

TYLin is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead transportation bridge projects in Dubai. Reporting to the Sector Manager, you will drive the delivery of multi‑discipline roadway and bridge solutions while expanding the firm’s regional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bridge and roadway projects from concept through completion, defining scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee preparation of design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct technical analyses and quality reviews in line with TYLin’s standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff.
• Participate in project performance reviews, forecasting, and risk assessments.
• Lead regional business development initiatives and nurture client relationships.
• Identify new project opportunities and contribute to proposal development.

Required profile

• P.E. license (required); Master’s degree (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in highway and/or bridge design and project management.
• Significant local project experience in the UAE region.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of AASHTO design standards.
