Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Shell Home is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to drive off‑plan property sales in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end client journey, from the first conversation through closing and after‑sales support, while building a personal brand with the help of our Marketing and MCN teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full off‑plan sales cycle: qualify leads, understand client needs, match projects, present, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with high‑net‑worth and everyday investors, providing responsible recommendations.
• Log all communications in the CRM daily and keep pipeline records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and MCN teams, contribute market insights, appear on camera and support content creation.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while ensuring compliance with RERA/DLD regulations.

Required profile

• Five+ years of Dubai real‑estate sales experience (or two+ years with proven exceptional results).
• Proven track record selling off‑plan property through the full sales cycle.
• Professional English communication skills for calls, presentations and negotiations.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work onsite every working day.
• Strong CRM habits, sound judgement and a professional approach to client trust and compliance.

• CRM usage (recording calls, emails and meetings).
