Senior Proposals and Contracts Administrator (Oil & Gas)

About the role

Join the Contracts and Administration team at Mazrui International’s Petrochem Performance Chemicals (PPC) division in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the end‑to‑end development, coordination and submission of high‑quality oil & gas proposals and contracts across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Administer commercial contracts, including registrations, amendments, reports and close‑outs.
• Review RFPs, ITTs, RFQs, RFIs and EOIs to extract requirements, evaluation criteria and deadlines.
• Prepare proposal plans, compliance matrices, responsibility schedules and submission checklists.
• Draft persuasive proposal content such as executive summaries, methodologies, commercial narratives and compliance statements.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal, finance, supply chain, logistics and QHSE teams, ensuring version control and final sign‑off.
• Upload submissions to electronic portals, verify delivery and retain evidence of submission.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in contracts administration, tendering, bid coordination or related commercial functions.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, tender analysis and end‑to‑end proposal processes in the oil & gas upstream sector.
• Excellent written and verbal English with proven business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including professional formatting and template use.
• Experience with customer procurement portals and electronic bid submission systems.
• Proposal writing, editing and document‑structuring expertise.
• Contract administration and commercial compliance knowledge.
