Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and control activities on large‑scale construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. Candidates may specialize in civil, structural, mechanical or electrical disciplines and will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across assigned project packages.
• Review engineering documentation and technical drawings for compliance.
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities on site.
• Manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Monitor project quality deliverables and support close‑out processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
