Senior QA/QC Engineer

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer to join its award‑winning team on a Dubai project site. The role will lead quality assurance activities, ensure compliance with contract specifications, and support continuous improvement across construction operations.

Key responsibilities

• Report on quality performance and present findings at construction meetings.
• Review all contractor quality and testing submissions for contract compliance.
• Conduct surveillance of contractor construction activities to verify adherence to approved methods and materials.
• Provide internal training on quality procedures where appropriate.
• Issue guidance and information to the quality department and engineering staff to manage key issues.
• Assist senior construction staff in monitoring and closing non‑conformances.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least the last 3 years in a quality‑related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and contract compliance.
• Commitment to integrity, results, innovation, safety and diversity.
