Senior Recruitment Partner – EM Hub

About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Partner for the EM Hub, you will shape the strategic and operational direction of Talent Acquisition across key locations such as the UAE, South Africa, India and Singapore. You will partner closely with hiring leaders, drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes and continuously elevate the capability of the TA function.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define workforce needs and recruitment plans.
• Design and execute the EM Hub talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all positions and grades, managing TA operations.
• Develop and implement sourcing, interviewing and selection strategies, ensuring effective feedback loops.
• Elevate TA capability and ensure consistent delivery against hiring objectives.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues across the EM Hub locations to align priorities and ways of working.
• Produce regular executive analysis based on TA data.
• Drive DEI initiatives within recruitment strategies.
• Map and engage top talent for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles, building a robust pipeline.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all TA matters related to the HUB departments.
• Partner on executive search initiatives to secure senior leadership talent.
• Work closely with HR Strategy, Talent and Talent Acquisition Excellence to align TA with broader organizational goals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of leading end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring priorities across multiple regions.
• Analytical mindset with experience producing data‑driven TA insights.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Experience working in a matrix HR operating model.
