Senior Recruitment Partner EM

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Partner EM will shape the strategic and operational direction of Talent Acquisition for the EM HUB. You will partner closely with hiring leaders across South Africa, India, UAE and Singapore to design recruitment plans, while also elevating internal TA capabilities and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all positions and grades, managing TA operations.
• Design and execute the HUB Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the matrix HR model.
• Develop proactive sourcing, interviewing and selection processes, and facilitate feedback loops.
• Elevate TA capability, monitor hiring objectives and produce executive TA analytics.
• Drive DEI initiatives within recruitment strategies.
• Map and engage top talent for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles, building a robust pipeline.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all TA matters related to HUB departments.
• Collaborate with HR Strategy, Talent and TA Excellence to align talent acquisition with broader organizational priorities.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse and senior‑level roles.
• Strong talent market intelligence and proactive talent mapping abilities.
• Experience in employer branding and delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Commercial acumen to align TA strategies with business objectives.
• Ability to influence hiring priorities across multiple regions and senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to advancing DEI metrics within recruitment processes.
