About the role
Aster Hospital in Mankhool is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to lead nursing services within a patient‑centred environment. The role combines direct clinical care with supervision of nursing staff to uphold the organisation’s commitment to clinical excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients across primary, secondary and tertiary services.
- Supervise, mentor and schedule nursing teams to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor and enforce infection‑control standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse qualification recognised in the UAE.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with senior‑level responsibilities.
- Current UAE nursing licence.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Required skills
- Clinical assessment and patient monitoring.
- Infection control and patient safety practices.
- Electronic health record documentation.
