Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) as a Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, focusing on transaction banking for corporate clients across the UAE. You will drive revenue, support working‑capital solutions and collaborate with multiple product teams to deliver comprehensive banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Transaction Banking marketing plan targeting corporate clients and achieve agreed financial targets.
• Manage corporate relationships from a working‑capital perspective to generate transaction banking revenue.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking and Operations to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide expert advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions, new product developments and emerging opportunities.
• Support Corporate Relationship Managers with training and knowledge transfer on Transaction Banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a transaction banking environment.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking products, freight forwarding, marine insurance, Treasury Management and related regulations.
