Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

EXANTE is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead client acquisition and retention in its Dubai hub. The role focuses on leveraging an existing book of business to onboard high‑net‑worth and institutional clients onto EXANTE’s multi‑asset trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for top‑tier clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Leverage your portable book of business to bring existing clients onto the platform within the first months.
• Prospect and develop new markets, attracting HNWI, family offices, asset managers, fund managers and other private investors.
• Manage complex client interactions across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
• Drive business development and sales initiatives to grow assets under management (AUM).
• Report directly to the Regional Head of Sales and collaborate with product and operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development and sales to high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to maintain and transfer a portable book of business.
• Experience handling both private client (HNWI) and B2B institutional relationships.
