Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

Freedom Finance MENAT is building an elite Wealth Management team in its FSRA‑licensed UAE entity. As a Senior Relationship Manager you will join a strategic initiative aimed at serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals (UHNWIs) across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire qualified investor clients in line with ADGM FSRA regulations, focusing on high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for an HNWI portfolio, understand financial goals and deliver tailored investment guidance.
• Collaborate with internal product and market teams to provide insights and grow assets under management (AUM).
• Cross‑sell the firm’s brokerage product suite and meet targets for new accounts, AUM growth and trading volume.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client activity and KPIs in the CRM system and report to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience in a regulated brokerage, private bank or wealth‑management firm with a focus on capital markets.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNWI clients.
• In‑depth knowledge of ADGM or equivalent regulatory frameworks (DFSA, FCA, SEC); experience with an ADGM 3A license holder is a plus.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Relevant financial qualifications such as CFA or CISI are preferred.
• Existing network of HNWI contacts in the GCC is highly desirable.
