Senior Relationship Officer – General Insurance

About the role

Protego is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to drive growth and maintain high service standards for its General Insurance portfolio. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting cross‑selling of related financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve allocated sales and renewal conversion targets.
• Monitor competitor product offerings and suggest process improvements.
• Provide timely feedback to the Relationship Manager on business objectives.
• Maintain all Protego service standards and ensure sales are conducted with integrity.
• Respond to customer requests within defined turnaround times and guarantee zero errors in sales and service.
• Promote cross‑selling of additional Protego products to existing customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and market dynamics.
• Ability to meet and exceed quantitative targets while upholding service quality.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
