Senior Renewal Consultant

About the role

The Senior Renewal Consultant will lead the end‑to‑end renewal of company and business licences for corporate clients in Dubai. Reporting to the renewals team, the role combines client relationship management with a strong focus on achieving renewal and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company and business renewal processes from initiation to completion.
• Provide guidance to clients throughout the renewal cycle and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Proactively follow up on upcoming and pending renewals to secure timely submissions.
• Achieve assigned sales and renewal targets on a monthly basis.
• Address client concerns and resolve renewal‑related issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Corporate Services or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in company or business renewals within the corporate services or business‑setup industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed renewal and sales targets.
