Senior Retail Planner – Dubai

About the role

The Senior Retail Planner will lead supply‑demand planning for Hermes’ store network in the Middle East, ensuring optimal stock levels and supporting business decisions through data‑driven insights. Reporting to the Retail Planning Manager, the role works closely with merchandising, operations, logistics and the Europe HQ planning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory of permanent, intemporal and central stock across all regional stores.
• Analyse historical sales and market trends to identify inventory risks and opportunities.
• Define and adjust replenishment settings, including Min/Max parameters, to align with key periods and product trends.
• Coordinate automatic replenishment between the local distribution centre and stores with logistics and IT teams.
• Produce regular BI reports on sales, stock, and value equation; deliver ad‑hoc analysis by store, category and product.
• Forecast demand using sales data, market trends and customer preferences to support stock replenishment and reorder plans.
• Act as an alert tower for merchandising, proposing destocking actions and OTB (Open‑to‑Buy) validations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail planning, supply‑demand forecasting or inventory management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
