Senior Sales Engineer – META Region

About the role

Axon is looking for a high‑energy Senior Sales Engineer to drive pre‑sales activities across the META region. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, partners and our product portfolio, helping law‑enforcement and public‑safety organisations adopt our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Master Axon’s portfolio of conducted electrical weapons, body‑worn cameras and digital evidence management solutions.
• Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for senior IT leaders, CIOs, channel partners and end‑users.
• Provide first‑level technical support throughout the pre‑sales cycle, including proof‑of‑concept (POC) coordination and pilot deployments.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key partners to expand market reach.
• Represent Axon at industry conferences, user summits and tech events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to remove obstacles and accelerate deal closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a pre‑sales or sales engineering role within the public‑safety or law‑enforcement sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 70 % of the time.
