Senior Sales Engineer - Services

About the role

Eaton is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer – Services to lead partner account management and drive demand for lifecycle services across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. You will work closely with authorized service providers, customers, and internal sales teams to grow revenue from Eaton Central Battery Systems, Self‑Contained Emergency Lighting, and Fire Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance.
• Achieve annual service revenue targets and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Identify competitor offerings and articulate Eaton’s advantages for upgrades, replacements, and fit‑out projects.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to educate customers on component life‑cycle aspects.
• Develop intelligence on the installed base, customer needs, and buying habits.
• Analyse equipment status, recommend replacement schedules, and support authorized service providers.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines and prepare timely service quotations with centralized resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales within power‑management or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills to interact with maintenance, engineering, and facility managers.
• Ability to travel across Dubai and the Northern Emirates for customer visits.
• Analytical mindset to assess installed equipment and propose lifecycle solutions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Eaton Central Battery Systems.
• Knowledge of Self‑Contained Emergency Lighting.
• Knowledge of Fire Systems and Solutions.
