Senior Sales Executive

About the role

AmCan International Group, the leading distributor of specialty wellness products in the MENA region, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth for its portfolio of sports nutrition, vitamins and healthy snack brands. The role combines strategic account planning with hands‑on field execution to develop customer businesses and meet company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer agreements, deploy them to field teams and monitor monthly compliance.
• Maintain service levels, resolve issues such as database errors or stock shortages.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with customer head offices to track targets and plans.
• Create and execute Joint Business Plans that align customer and company objectives.
• Update customer share reports and scorecards monthly and share insights internally and externally.
• Identify sales‑fundamental opportunities at store level and implement action plans.
• Coordinate with Finance on account reconciliation and receivables.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Lead Category Management projects, set joint KPIs and track compliance.
• Plan and execute brand initiatives with the Category Manager and communicate plans to field teams.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and propose counter‑measures.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales performance, preferably in hospitality, gym/fitness or fitness supplements within the UAE FMCG market.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid motorized driver’s licence.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel as needed.
