Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Salvocorp, a specialist provider of premium interior and exterior finishes in the UAE, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to expand its solid surfacing and MDF board business in Abu Dhabi. You will own the full sales cycle, develop relationships with contractors, designers and architects, and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, developers and carpenters across Abu Dhabi.
• Promote and sell solid surfacing materials and MDF boards for commercial, retail and residential projects.
• Prepare and present product proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, coordinating quotations, delivery timelines and after‑sales support with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and market intelligence, tracking competitor activity.
• Represent Salvocorp at industry events and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials, interior finishes or related construction products within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of solid surfaces, wood panels or MDF boards.
• Established network among fabricators, fit‑out contractors, consultants, architects and designers in Abu Dhabi.
• Confident consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision‑makers.
• Valid UAE driving licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
