Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive drives profitable sales growth and manages assigned customers across New Country Healthcare’s healthcare channels, acting as the commercial link between customers and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, revenue, distribution and account‑growth targets through disciplined execution of commercial plans.
• Develop existing accounts, increase portfolio penetration, secure listings and identify cross‑selling/upselling opportunities.
• Identify and develop new customers across pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare channels.
• Build strong relationships with purchasing, procurement and pharmacy stakeholders and act as primary commercial contact.
• Coordinate with Medical Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandisers and Promoters to ensure product availability, visibility and promotional execution.
• Monitor inventory, stock health and near‑expiry products, working with Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Support listings, quotations, tenders and manage collections and account administration.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• 2‑4 years of sales or account management experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare or related sector.
• Experience dealing with healthcare customers, pharmacy groups and purchasing teams.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmacy‑channel sales, territory management and product listings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems.
