Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise Software Solutions

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the promotion of Midis Group’s enterprise software solutions across the UAE region. You will develop strategic partnerships, drive sales volume, and coordinate marketing initiatives with channel, sales, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the assigned portfolio.
• Set sales budgets and targets, cascading them to the team.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Conduct market research and visits to existing and potential customers to identify requirements.
• Research, attract, and secure new partnership opportunities.
• Lead vendor relations in line with company strategy.
• Prepare and manage complex quotations and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the product line.
• Maintain a robust channel/customer database and develop loyalty metrics.
• Provide high‑level support to channel partners and resolve issues promptly.
• Produce sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Promote products and the company within the region.
• Implement targeted marketing programs with the Channel Team.
• Utilise Salesforce CRM for lead, opportunity, and deal management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions for virtualization and network security.
