Senior Sales Manager – OOH Advertising

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a dedicated sales team and manage a portfolio of out‑of‑home advertising accounts. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable opportunities and ensure seamless hand‑over of confirmed campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team and portfolio targets, conduct weekly pipeline reviews and develop account plans.
• Lead complex proposals for bus advertising, bus stops, signage and integrated OOH campaigns.
• Support executives in negotiations, client mapping and renewal planning.
• Validate proposal feasibility with Client Servicing and Production before client commitment.
• Track competitor activity, rate pressure, lost opportunities and client feedback.
• Escalate high‑risk pricing, credit, production or client issues to the VP Sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sales teams and meeting portfolio targets.
• Strong understanding of OOH advertising products and market dynamics.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure accurate campaign delivery.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor competitor trends and client feedback.
