Senior Sales Performance Analyst – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Performance Analyst to join our Dubai team. The role will support the sales organisation by turning data into actionable insights, driving performance improvements and ensuring consistent reporting across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technology team to design, build and deliver performance management reports for the sales force.
• Distribute daily achievement‑vs‑target dashboards to the UAE sales team.
• Organise weekly performance review calls with city heads, develop turnaround plans and monitor progress.
• Create, document and maintain SOPs for critical sales processes to boost efficiency.
• Work with cross‑functional partners to enforce SOP compliance and iterate based on feedback.
• Prepare data and analysis for monthly performance reviews with the sales leadership.
• Produce regular reporting on performance metrics, earnings, P&L impact and bonus frameworks, including visual dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing sales performance or analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to both executives and non‑technical audiences.
• Strategic planning orientation and a continuous‑improvement attitude.
