Senior Sales Representative – Dubai

About the role

Arla Foods is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to manage its Dubai territory. You will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing merchandising, and ensuring timely delivery and payment collection for assigned customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales tasks set by the Sales Supervisor, meeting sales, collection and merchandising targets.
• Coordinate with the delivery driver and logistics team to create LPOs and ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Supervise the merchandising team to implement planograms, maintain product hygiene, and optimise display placement.
• Manage in‑store marketing activities, including promotional displays and POS material.
• Maintain stock levels, prepare GRVs and track company assets at each outlet.
• Submit market surveys, competitor activity reports and daily sales reports in PeopleSoft.
• Collect payments within agreed timeframes and recommend monthly commission eligibility for merchandisers.
• Adhere to UAE traffic regulations, vehicle maintenance and company dress code while travelling across the assigned area.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and field merchandising, preferably in FMCG or dairy sector.
• Ability to work independently across any area assigned by management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with key outlet representatives.
• Willingness to follow company HR policies, reporting procedures and vehicle handling rules.
