Senior Sales Representative QSR

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative – QSR will lead the development of key accounts in the Quick Service Restaurant segment across Dubai. Reporting to the regional sales manager, you will be responsible for expanding the market presence of Seara’s poultry and prepared-food portfolio while ensuring high standards of service and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new QSR customers and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales.
• Coordinate product availability, delivery schedules and supply-chain actions with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply-chain to support QSR promotional campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with customer service standards and food-safety requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QSR or food-service sales, including account management and business development.
• Strong knowledge of poultry and prepared-food products and related quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work in the UAE market, preferably with an established network of QSR operators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and travel to client locations regularly.
