Senior Service Employee – Premium Lounge & Dining

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of premium hospitality and catering services at a major international aviation hub, is seeking a Senior Service Employee for its upscale lounges and à‑la‑carte restaurants. You will be the senior face of the service team, welcoming a diverse clientele of travellers, aviation officials and airline partners while delivering refined culinary and beverage experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistently elevated, guest‑centred service throughout the meal cycle, maintaining spotless and well‑organised dining areas.
• Execute opening and closing checklists to ensure the outlet is fully prepared for service.
• Adhere to hygiene and food‑safety procedures, handling food and equipment correctly at all times.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, escalating to the duty supervisor when needed.
• Inform the Assistant F&B Supervisor of guest complaints, staff absences or stock shortages.
• Verify incoming deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage.
• Perform cleaning, polishing, organising, loading and dispatching duties as assigned.
• Work within the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, upholding departmental procedures and quality policy.

Required profile

• Secondary/high school certificate (required); diploma or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, fine dining or a comparable guest‑facing environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Positive, service‑first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume service environment.
• Well‑organised, multitasking with strong attention to detail.
