Senior Site Architect – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to lead architectural design and construction activities on‑site in Dubai. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑site architectural design and construction activities.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as‑built drawings.
• Ensure construction complies with approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Monitor project progress and produce detailed site activity reports.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control and design adherence.
• Mentor junior staff and manage site personnel.
• Oversee procurement and timely delivery of architectural materials and components.
• Implement best practices for safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of site architecture experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record on large‑scale residential, commercial, or mixed‑use projects in the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and local building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
