Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Myron, a funded FinTech startup, is transforming how businesses access capital by combining real‑time data intelligence and blockchain. As a Senior Software Engineer you will work directly with the CTO to drive technical execution across the Myron platform, shaping architecture and delivering production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions and evolve the platform’s technical roadmap.
• Write, review, and maintain high‑quality TypeScript code daily.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with the founding team on finance domain logic and with Santa Tech’s global engineering talent.
• Ensure the codebase remains clean, scalable, and production‑ready.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience leading small engineering teams.
• Strong interest in understanding business logic behind the code.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
