Senior Solution Architect - Banking

About the role

GSSTech Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture for Digital Products and Corporate Assisted Banking initiatives in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to architecture and solution design of complex enterprise applications across digital and corporate banking.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and high‑performance technical solutions.
• Develop end‑to‑end solution designs, high‑level designs, architecture patterns and technical solutions across backend, frontend, APIs, mobile, microservices, message brokers and event‑streaming platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle and ensure alignment with cyber‑security requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on solution/technical architecture experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong functional knowledge of accounting, payments, lending, credit and corporate banking.
• Proven ability to work with Agile delivery teams, manage stakeholders and influence technical decisions.
