Senior Solution Implementation Manager

About the role

As a Senior Solution Implementation Manager at Anaplan, you will lead high‑impact deployments of our Connected Planning platform for strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East. You will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and end‑users, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of complex solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Anaplan implementations, establishing governance, scoping, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage escalations, negotiate scope changes, and recover projects that have drifted off track.
• Provide strategic advisory to customers on supply chain, FP&A, or workforce planning use cases.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale enterprise implementations, preferably in supply chain, financial planning, or workforce planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on leadership style.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Anaplan platform and Connected Planning concepts.
