Senior Solution Product Manager

About the role

Supermicro is looking for a Senior Solution Product Manager to accelerate business growth across EMEA vertical markets. The role involves building an ecosystem with suppliers, working directly with customers, and delivering tailored solutions that leverage Supermicro’s core product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market and business trends to develop tactics that increase market share.
• Identify, prioritize and address enterprise customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases.
• Lead training and time‑to‑market activities for new products.
• Collaborate with customers to define and refine product specifications.
• Work with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Research technology, customer, and competitor trends and feed insights into platform strategy.
• Develop strong customer relationships and support sales teams to close deals.
• Establish and maintain vendor and supplier relationships to grow the ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 8‑10+ years of product management or product promotion experience.
• Proven ability to influence customers and drive business development.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and global sales teams.
