Senior Solutions & Innovation Architect – Learning Consulting (Dubai)

About the role

The Senior Solutions & Innovation Architect will act as a hands‑on learning consultant, shaping complex learning experiences for senior business and L&D stakeholders in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will drive the innovation agenda, ensuring solutions stay ahead of market trends through automation, AI‑enabled workflows and technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own solution design for the most complex, multi‑modal learning projects delivered from Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures that integrate diverse components, delivery channels and modalities.
• Create detailed design specifications to guide development and delivery teams.
• Select optimal learning modalities and coordinate vendor relationships for flagship initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, maintaining design intent through all milestones.
• Consult directly with senior business and L&D leaders on capability challenges and shape bespoke responses.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and the Learning Experience Director to translate designs into production.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in learning and development consulting or instructional design.
• Strong track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑modal learning solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders.
• Ability to balance instructional effectiveness with budget, timeline and feasibility constraints.
