Senior Specialist – Client Coverage, Asset Servicing

About the role

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Coverage to join its Asset Servicing team in Dubai. The role supports management and development of client relationships across assigned markets, driving satisfaction, retention and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support existing client relationships and partner with senior coverage professionals to execute retention and growth strategies.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities, contribute to client meetings and presentations, and coordinate with product, account management and client service teams.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, pipeline activity and support compliance and regulatory considerations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in client coverage, relationship management, sales support or business development within financial services.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage and awareness of Middle East market dynamics.
