Senior Specialist, Financial Communications

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Financial Communications will shape and deliver ADNOC Drilling’s financial messaging to investors, analysts and the broader market. Working closely with Finance, Strategy and Corporate Communications, you will ensure that earnings announcements, performance updates and investor materials are accurate, compelling and compliant with ADNOC Group guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate financial communication assets such as earnings releases, market updates and performance summaries.
• Ensure precision of financial terminology, data and market positioning in all public‑facing content.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy and Investor Relations to align messaging with corporate objectives.
• Draft press releases, media statements, Q&A briefs and talking points related to financial results.
• Manage approval workflows with ADNOC Group Communications and adhere to timeline and governance requirements.
• Handle financial media inquiries in partnership with Corporate Communications.
• Monitor financial media trends, competitor disclosures and sector best practices to continuously improve messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in financial communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Strategy and Investor Relations teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for financial disclosures.
