Senior Specialist, Financial Communications

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Financial Communications will manage and execute all financial and regulatory communications for ADNOC Logistics & Services (L&S) as a listed entity. The role ensures timely reporting, protects reputational risk, and maximises positioning opportunities across internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a calendar of financial and regulatory communication obligations.
• Draft and prepare materials for earnings announcements, AGM disclosures, and corporate reports.
• Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, legal, and business units to secure approvals.
• Release approved materials to external stakeholders, including media outlets.
• Partner with Investor Relations to manage quarterly and annual earnings calls and respond to media inquiries.
• Support the production and positioning of the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, and Governance Report.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or financial communications, preferably within a listed company.
• Strong ability to build trust with senior leaders and work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience handling materially sensitive information and managing reputational risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
