Senior Specialist Intelligence

About the role

The Senior Specialist Intelligence will lead the strategic use of project intelligence to optimise ADNOC’s capital project portfolio. The role combines data analytics, market insight and risk assessment to support informed decision‑making and enhance project performance across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project intelligence strategy covering market analysis, competitor benchmarking and industry trends.
• Lead data collection, analysis and interpretation of project‑related information, financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Conduct risk assessments for capital projects and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and benchmark ADNOC projects against best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and finance teams to align intelligence with organisational goals.
• Design and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards and visualisations for stakeholder communication.
• Provide recommendations for resource allocation and process improvements based on intelligence insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in NOCs, IOCs or EPC firms, including at least 2 years in senior technical authority roles.
• Extensive experience in major project management and engineering environments.
• Proven ability to analyse market dynamics, assess risks and drive continuous improvement.
