Senior Specialist - Network And Security

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Network and Security to lead the design, implementation and protection of e7 Group’s enterprise IT infrastructure. The role ensures a secure, resilient and high‑performing network across on‑premises and cloud environments while supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, VPN and cloud environments.
• Monitor network performance, availability and capacity to guarantee secure and reliable operations.
• Manage cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, email security, access controls and vulnerability management.
• Support cloud security for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS and hybrid infrastructures.
• Lead technical response for cybersecurity incidents, network outages and security remediation.
• Assist security governance, risk assessments, audits and compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity enhancements and technology transformation initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure service delivery and SLA adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise networking and cybersecurity within medium to large organisations.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, industrial or diversified group environments is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, project delivery and technical documentation abilities.
